If you are a US taxpayer you can make your tax-effective US$ gift through the University of St Andrews American Foundation and if you give a gift this year (but not last year) your gift will be matched 100%. If you are a regular donor and you increase your gift, the increase will be matched 100% and additional gifts will also be matched 100%.
