Please use this form to make a single gift for the Chapel Worship collection. If you would like to make a regular gift please use our regular donation form.

Please note that one-third of the Chapel offerings help support the cost of Chapel Services and the work of the Chaplaincy. These donations are eligible for gift aid which allows us to reclaim an extra 25% on every eligible donation.  The other two-thirds of your donation will go to the charity selected each week by the Chaplaincy and will not be gift aid eligible. I am a UK taxpayer* Please treat as gift aid donations this donation and any gifts made in the future.	*Please be aware that you must have paid an amount of income and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount of tax reclaimed by all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) on all your donation in the tax year (6th April one year to 5th April the next).
